Any help??

My period is 5 days late now and I'm feeling every symptom under the sun the worst part is I have bad back pain on the left hand side just above my bum cheek my cervix is stupidly high and really soft and fat normally it isn't really swollen I took a test after a 4 hour hold and I don't know what to think of it my symptoms started around 7-8 dpo and progressively getting worse as the days go on
