9w not much symptoms

I know this was asked many times and I see lots of response saying its normal...but when I went in to check the profiles of the ladies who replied..saying they don't hv symptoms - their pregnancy more often than not ended shortly after. That really worries me. Can any momma out there who didn't have many pregnancy symptoms and went on to hv successful birth share their experience? Looking for some positivity here x
