Adoption laws in Texas
My sons sperm donor is not in the picture and never has been,he is not on the birth certificate, in the state of Texas if the father is not present you can not put his name on the birth certificate.
My boyfriend wants to adopt him when we get married.
Do I still have to get the biological father to sign his rights over for this to happen?
