4 week old no poop
Hi ladies my baby is EBF (no bottles) since birth. However he hasn’t pooped in over 36 hours.
He is 4 weeks old and I’m worried if I’m not feeding him enough? We have plenty of wet nappies and he is a little grunter who spits up if not burped properly so could that affect his bowel movement?
He is passing wind but no poop. Is this normal? Has anyone else had this with their little ones?
