TTC after miscarriage at 10 weeks with a 45 day cycle

Hi ladies

Unfortunately we lost our bub 4 weeks ago at 10 weeks. I usually have 45 day cycles with no issue falling pregnant. We are keen to get pregnancy straight away.

Has anyone been successful falling pregnancy straight away after a miscarriage?
