My dr said to wait 15m. You wont get a UTI if you dont pee seconds after sex 🙄. Ive gone to bed right after, never once have had a UTI in my life.   After my IUI they had me lay there for 15m and I said, so many people say this is a myth. She said, sperm fight eachother and it doesnt just travel right to the cervix- its always best to wait.  Sooo I’m going to take my advice from a dr and not some bitchy comments on glow 😜😁

I have had 2  IUIs and the doctors both times made me lay down elevated with a pillow underneath my behind for 15 mins immediately after the procedure. This procedure puts the sperm directly in your uterus getting as close to the tubes as possible.  So if the Reproductive Endocrinologist/infertility Specialist and OBGYN suggest it, I believe it does help.
