Swallowed trace amount of Vicks 😬

I put on some Vick’s rub and then went to brush my teeth. Without thinking I cupped some water in my hand to rinse and spit and I instantly tasted the menthol and camphor. Now I’m freaking out.

I always assumed you shouldn’t eat vicks, but now I googled it and it’s apparently super toxic.

Am I overreacting? I applied a 1/4 of a tsp to my chest and then rinsed my mouth with water containing the residue on my hand. Baby has been super active tonight but now his jerky movements seem like possible seizures. And I’m always nauseous but that’s a possible symptom Too! Omg my brain just doesn’t work right lately I’m in so much pain all the time.

Thanks! I’m still alive. Woke up for my 1am pee break 🤦🏽‍♀️. Weirdly this is the first time in days I didn’t wake up with an insanely dry mouth 🤷🏻‍♀️. Lately I wake up every few hours with my mouth glued open and stiff in need of water. Guess my nasal decongestion turned a corner.

Ohh and just felt little man rolling around. 🥰

Now if my sciatica would just ease up a bit 🙏🏽
