How can I get my child to drink water??

My baby girl is addicted too juice and refuses water and she has started to complain about her too too hurting and I know it’s because she doesn’t drink enough water... please help

I think it’s time to wean her off juice completely....  So you could try some monk fruit sweetener or stevia mixed with lemon or a couple drops of apple cider vinegar.  My son loves it & thinks he’s getting a sweet treat lol.  Please do yourself & your daughter a favor & never give her full strength juice again.  It’s pure sugar, will rot her teeth, & affect her insulin response.  Oh & to make it even worse- recent studies showed almost all juices (even organic) have high levels of arsenic & other heavy metals in them from our polluted soil.  The fact that juice is so highly concentrated is the issue. Our bodies really need that fiber that comes with eating the whole fruit.  Mother Nature knows best.  Good luck! 🌿🌸🌱

I never offered my children juice until they were 2. It was strictly water and even then they would get juice maybe twice a week. They are big water drinkers.

Honestly I cut it out cold turkey with my daughter for a while.  She was crazy over her juice and she was getting frustrated it was watered down.  So I stopped buying it,  because "if I don't have it I can't give it to ya" type of deal was easier to explain.  She now only drinks water and milk unless it is a special occasion or she had an exceptional day.  It also helps that we don't drunk juices or soda in the house either.  It's water (or milk pending in the time of day) or nothing.

I would water it down... we give my son roaring water Capri Sun he thinks is juice, but it’s flavored water... if he gets actual juice i put more water than juice in the cup. 
For her each day I’d add a little more water than juice and before you know it she will be getting the water you would like her to have.

I just offer water and when he gets really thirsty and he notices that mama ain’t giving him the option to drink juice then he just drinks water and don’t let her drink juice when you do allow her to put lots of water in it

Stop offering juice as an option. I didnt introduce juice until water and milk habits were well established and juice is only offered  during breakfast time if she has a more savory breakfast. I just say it's not time for juice and we have to drink water.

Start watering it down more and more until it’s just water. Only buy juice for special occasions. My nearly three year old drinks water 85% and a few ddrinks of milk. Watered down juice maybe once or twice a week

I water down my daughters juice cause she won’t drink water either unless it out of my water bottle and she will rarely do that! I’m going to start buying those squirt in flavors and adding just enough to give a little flavor to it
