Pacifier

Kristen

The dentist said it was time to take the pacifier away. My son only has it for nap and sleep it doesn't leave his room. Well last week we bought a new toy and it was terrible. A kid who slept 12 hours through the night and a 3 hour nap turned to waking up 4-5 times a night and a 1 hour nap. Everyone said give it a few days. We bought a new toy. It only got worse! Monday I have him a pacifier but it was cut and it worked for a night.. then again terrible. His mood was completely off during the day from lack of sleep I just felt so bad. Today I caved and gave it back after 2 hours of trying to get him to sleep 😪 and I'm pregnant and due in October so the no sleep was affecting the whole house. Ugh! I just hope we didn't kill ever taking it away. I feel like he just didn't understand and when he's closer to 3 he might. Here's to hoping I don't screw up his teeth completely!
