After a complete breakdown on Monday (holding in all the stress of trying to conceive and nothing happening for almost a year now) my sister showed up with this essential oil and told me she met a lady who swears by this product and was trying to conceive for a long time until she started this and got pregnant so she ordered it for me!

Well people trying to sell snake oil always swear by it. YL is mega scammy. Look up some of their practices and the history of the owner of the company. 
As far as the product itself you should be looking for scientific evidence. Anecdotes are plentiful but is there any evidence? Probably not.
