Bleeding?

Every time my boyfriend and I have sex I bleed. It doesn’t matter when in my cycle we have sex and while I’m not on the pill or anything, we do use protection. He is the only one I’ve had sex with and I’m not pregnant. I’m also 18 and have pretty regular periods. He usually fingers me beforehand so I’m not tense. It doesn’t hurt, but is this something I should be concerned with?
