Look ladies those who have a hard time with losing weight and wanting to lose it fast I have a solution. It's called Keto I've finally found one that actually works and it works pretty quickly. I've been on it for a month but within 2 weeks I started to see results. I was 205 lbs. Now I went to the doctors recently and I'm now 177 lbs. I don't have a fast metabolism.
