How can you tell if you're having a miscarriage super late in pregnancy?? Like at 37w4d? I have been sleeping for nearly 2 days straight and so haven't been able to track my baby's kicks BUT when I am awake at night the movement is next to nothing and it's worrying me. I mean his heart beat Wednesday was fine and healthy but I am so so so very worried about something happening. Like cord wrapping around him and killing him slowly and I won't know it. So how do you tell?? Is there anything to do if something like that IS happening so he can live??????
