I already have an 18 mo daughter and we're trying to conceive #2. How many of you got pregnant when you had sex the day/night before and the morning/day after getting a positive OPK? We had sex Wednesday night, I got a positive around 530 Thursday night, but we couldn't have sex til 530ish Friday morning. So only 12ish hours later. I'm trying not to overthink it but I genuinely don't remember how we timed it with our daughter because it only took us one month after a miscarriage to conceive her
