Really stupid question. I’m thinking about getting the graco 4ever car seat and I know it fits kids up to booster seats... so past ten years of age. But if a car seat is no longer recommended to use after 10 years manufacturered, should you use it past 10 years of age or does that only correspond to a five point harness.

My husband purchased one for his car over a year ago In case he was going to transport our baby but never had it installed and now im thinking it won’t last as long now.

Thoughts?
