Yeast infection and swollen who-ha🤨

I'm officially three days late. Mild cramps on my sides and lower back,but not abdominal like period pains. My chest just feels sore,like I was trampled by a horse. And today I wake up with a yeast infection and my little lady is swollen like a mother. Cervix is super high but long,if that makes sense. Dollar store test came back negative. Anyone else have these symptoms and get a positive? I MC(chemical) in January and could only get a positive on the more sensitive tests like clearblue and first response. Cheap tests would barely show a positive.
