Looks like you’re using a filter to blur your skin. I honestly don’t see any makeup but that doesn’t mean you aren’t beautiful.

Don’t be afraid to use more product and try out different lightings, makeup is supposed to be fun so don’t take it too seriously or worry about what other people think. As long as you feel beautiful, then everyone else will believe you. I love wearing a heavy makeup look if I’m going somewhere with darker lighting (i.e. a bar or a club) and barely any makeup in the day. 
Do whatever makes you feel confident though!

I agree with the blurred skin comment. I think a great idea is to take one of those Sephora classes. It helped me a lot with being confident doing makeup. You look nice but it seems like you don’t wear makeup often and are not entirely sure how to do it. These help a ton! And they’re fun. They teach you step by step and you have different stuff like - smokey eyes, contour 101 etc. Highly recommend!
