Not sure which group to post this

Just left the Doc for my first Sono at 7W 6D and they found a sac, corpus luteum, but no fetus. She said there was some movement but that they couldn’t see a blood supply or a baby. My heart is broken because of course I am expecting the worst. I know I should see something by now as I’ve been looking at all you ladies Sonos at this point. They did some bloodwork so I’ll find out soon what the verdict will be but I am praying I was just earlier than we thought 😭 Has this happened to anyone else and the outcome actually be positive? I’ve had no cramping or bleeding at all.
