I want my virginity back..

So when I recently lost my virginity, I forgot to pee after sex and got a mean uti. I went to the doctors, got the medication, and also got tested while I was there. They said to give it a week or 2 and they’ll call if there’s anything abnormal. It’s been 3 weeks now so I guess there was nothing there. I had sex again recently, and a week later I feel a possible uti... why...how... My hygiene is very good and I’m really not sure if it’s a yeast infection or not because everything felt normal until today. I use condoms and I only have sex with one person so I’m confused and scared.. I just want my virginity back. :( My period is supposed to come in some days as well so it could be that. I may have stressed myself out about it too. I don’t know
