Bad pelvic pain. Normal?

I am 37+4. Today I have such intense pain in my lower, lower pelvis / front of my crotch that it’s very hard to walk. It’s not crampy pain, just a consistent and constant ache. Anyone else experiencing this? It is normal? Baby is breech and I can still feel his head up high so I know he hasn’t flipped.

Could it be a late onset of Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction or Pelvic Girdle Pain? That's exactly how I would describe the pain of my SPD although mine started in my first trimester. It could be that your body has suddenly released a lot of the relaxin hormone now you're close to your due date perhaps? Not sure really how it works!

Are u sure ur feeling his head like have u had scans etc? Cos movement at the top will be legs and butt and if you feel hiccups at the bottom thatll be his head. It could just be spd pain. Its normal like your pelvis is preparing  and it sucks. Maybe get a preggo ball  to bounce on as it helps or a belly band  and take baths and try keep your legs together cos when theyre apart it hurts
