Evening Primrose Oil Use?

Hi everyone-
My OB recommended that I start using Evening Primrose Oil to help dilate to prepare for induction next week. I thought the bottle would give instructions on how to use vaginally but it doesn’t. 
Any recommendations? Thank you!!

My midwife instructed me to to use one 1000mg vaginally at night and take one orally in morning.

I’ve been taking it both orally and inserting. 2 pills a day so I take one by mouth in the morning and one up there before bed. As well as drinking my organic red raspberry leaf tea in the hopes of dilation

It wouldn’t advise that as it’s been known to cause infections and be harmful in some instances.take orally if you really feel it’s needed to take at all

Mine are gel capsules so I pop them before inserting, I've been doing 1x 1000mg a night, like she said wear a pad it leaks 😂

Use just after completing 38 weeks and take some n inside of vagina massage with ur fingers .
