I had sex with my boyfriend about 2 weeks ago without a condom, I've been on the pill for almost a month I started my first placebo pill two days ago, I started spotting yesterday and it got heavier today. Ive been having EXTREME cramping all night and all this morning Then I felt something big come out, went to the bathroom and saw this what is this??! Is this a miscarriage?
