What covers work best?

Hi so my partner and I are expecting in August we unfortunately are going to have to mostly use disposables because of our living situation we won't be able to wash the clothes diapers enough. Anyways we were given some flats and snappis so we decided that we will use them too. But there are so many different types of covers and I want to know what type of cover worked best for you. I want a one size type since we won't be using them as much and I don't want to have to go out and buy new ones all the time as he gets bigger. I completely confused myself will researching them so the help would be appreciated. Thanks 😊
