Abdomen stretching pain anyone?

This is different from round ligament pain... lately I’ve been having pains up center of stomach that are definitely muscular. Worried I have an abdomen separation going on. Also I have no stretch marks but it feels like the skin near my belly button can’t take anymore. 
Anyone else? Any recommendations to help soothe the skin or muscles?

I have both these issues. Not sure about the muscles but I have noticed that if I stay moisturized around the belly it helps the stretching around the belly button. I use lotion like 5 times a day.

I’m on a like 6-9 day cycle of this the whole pregnancy. 1-2 days of really horrible almost tearing sensations and then it subsides. Seems to correspond with the baby going through a growth spurt. I get some relief from doing gentle cat-cow yoga poses and stretching my hip flexors.

I feel like the top of my stomach is almost like a burning pain like the muscles tearing or something. It is so uncomfortable!!

Last week I was in so much pain. Sounds similar. It was definitely muscular but along both sides of my stomach and the top. I called my Dr and she just told me to take some Tylenol and rest. After about 2 days I felt back to normal but definitely call your Dr. if you're worried.
