Do anyone know what kind of bumps these could be... Im worried it could be a STD/STI but I’m not sexually active.

If you are not sexual active, u have no worries about STDS.  Looks like raizer bumps or infected hair.  U could just have sensitive hair from shaving.  Promise your ok. If you ever get worried and have had sex in the past u can always get a Pap smear from an obgyn.
