Anyway OP is asking if her drugging and robbing men is the same as sexually assaulting multiple women over decades

If she drugged them, then had sex with them, then robbed them...this is considered assult in the 2nd degree, sexual assult in the second degree, rape in the first degree, and robbery. 
If she had sex with a man, drugged him, then robbed him... this is assult in the 2nd degree and robbery. 
Depending on how much evidence they have (her confession for example) will determine how many of these they will actually charge her with. Regardless of anyone's opinion according to law she did criminal acts. 
Now is she as guilty as the other two? It depends on if she drugged them before or after. That is what determines if it was rape (other than if the guy said no and she still forced him  obviously it would be rape then) which makes it equal to the rapes and assaults done to the other women. By law I mean. Not by opinion.

She’s messed up all around and I don’t want to sound like I’m defending her: but if she drugged and ROBBED like she explicitly said in the video, no she is not just as bad as them. Literally steal everything I fucking own! If I could take back my rape. If she actually drugged and then had sex with them then yes she is just as bad. Its not clear which it is. Comparing cardi to those two is an apples/bananas situation. But that doesn’t dismiss her from what she has actually done. I can see her doing all that shit. I’ve always been a fan of her music but I’m not gonna let that control my opinion of it
