Please help ladies, I am miserable. I’ve had diarrhea for days now, this is day three. I can’t eat a single thing. I try drinking but I’m so scared to because everything literally just goes right through me. And since 2 am this morning I’ve been going absolutely nonstop, and it’s 4:30 am right now. I’m starting to feel so weak and dizzy, not to mention I’m starting to be REALLY sore. What can I do to make this go away? Should I be concerned that I’m dehydrated?
