Suggestions to start naturally prepping my body for labor!? I’ve been drinking raspberry leaf tea, eating dates, kiwi, pineapples..I’m totally ok if little man isn’t ready yet, but what can I do to help old faithful be ready for contractions? (Old faithful, as in my uterus 😂)
