How many outfits?

How many onesies did you pack baby for hospital?? I packed 2, gowns, 2 0-3 month sleepers and one newborn onesie? But she’s measuring big so wondering if I should pack more 0-3 month onesies and sleepers?

Pack an extra newborn. We packed for a big baby due to gestational diabetes, she came two weeks early and is swimming in half the newborn clothes.

One newborn size onsie to go home in. And a cute blanket for picture purposes only. The hospital I'm at provides halo swaddles that I will be taking home as well as a a tie wrap shirt to wear underneath for easy access to change diapers. I brought so much for my 1st and ended up using nothing, so we are packing light so I can take as many hospital goodies home as possible!!!!

I have his going home outfit in 2 sizes, his picture outfit in 2 sizes, a newborn outfit for the hospital & a 0-3 outfit, 2 sleepers and a gown. We’re expecting him to be smaller than his brothers who were both 8 pounds. They could fit both sizes but looked more comfy in the 0-3.

I packed one newborn outfit and a baby blanket. Hospital provides diapers. If I end up needing something else I can always ask someone to bring it. 🤷‍♀️

There are very few babies that need 0-3 clothes at birth. Would have to be 10-12 lbs to fit. It’s normal for newborns to lose some weight at first too. My 8lb 6oz son looked like he was swimming in his newborn clothes at one week old
