I cooked brunch and now my upper back between my shoulder blades are killing me I'm in so much pain I want to cry it didn't happen until I cooked it feels like my bones and muscles hurt I salute the women that cook everyday because I can't

Not everyday but I try my hardest to cook at least 3x a week! It’s so exhausting though, you’re not alone!!!

I cook everyday only because i dont like people preparing my foods. I have a method to my cooking lol but when you’re tired take bath after you cook.

I have the same pain but it's beneath my right shoulder blade. It hurts worst when I stand also.

My first trimester, I couldn’t cook because I would get hot flashes, nausea, and I just didn’t have an appetite. Since I hit my second trimester I’ve been cooking around 4-5x a week. 
I’m still feeling pretty good, still cooking as much as I can cause I love it, but I need to get my freezer prepared and I hope to do so in the next couple of weeks.

Yes I cook at least 6 days a week. Do you have an instant pot? I try to make things that doesn’t require me to stand and continuously stir. The instant pot is the perfect appliance for it.

My husband and I split the cooking roughly 50/50. I am really sore if I stand or walk for too long but an easy dinner (like less than 30 mins to cook or with breaks in between) hasn’t bothered me yet.

Girl yes ! That’s how I make a living I’m a chef 👩🏻‍🍳 then come home and make meals every day at home except for fridays! It’s a tough thing to do ,even harder when it’s your source of income 😭

I stopped 2 weeks ago and passed the torch to my husband. 30 weeks pregnant with twins, all set! 🤣

I’ll buy the ingredients to make something simple, and it’ll take me days to work up the energy to make it. And then it’ll take me hours to make it because I have to take so many breaks. Last night, I made black bean and corn soup, and my husband was like “aaaare we going to be eating this today?” 😂 I started at 5 and we were eating at 8:30, whoops.
