Hand, foot, and mouth?

Question

Does this look like hand foot and mouth? No spots on hands or feet. But we went to two birthday parties last weekend. One for a one year old, the other for a two year old so we were exposed to lots of babies and kiddos.

Hfm is usually accompanied by a fever. When my youngest had it she was miserable. It started out as a fever and then the spots started to come out. First on her butt and thighs then all over her back and arms and then her face. 
I'm not saying it's definitely not. I'm not a dr. But I wouldn't think it was hfm by just a few spots. If the spots continue to spread and/or has a fever then it might be. But with hfm there's really nothing drs can do. It's a virus. We just had to wait it out.
