Could I be pregnant?

I’ve been having cramps (occasional sharp pains) for the last few days, boobs randomly hurt, about 13 DPO, occasional nausea, etc. I took a pregnancy test yesterday and it was negative (maybe it was still too early 🤷🏼‍♀️). Today, when I wipe, sometimes it’s the smallest tiniest bit of pinkish brownish. It’s not every time I wipe, just randomly and it’s such a small amount, it might not even be worth mentioning. Do you think I could be pregnant? We’ve been trying since November so I’m really hoping that I am.
