Sort of a birth story
I had a scheduled c section at 39+6 weeks due to having gestational diabetes. This was my second section but with the twins I never got pics like this!

This was taken by the midwife. There are about 15 of my daughter coming out. I was fascinated when I saw them! Also don't stress if you are having a section. You still have given birth. As a result of this I got my gorgeous now 5 month old daughter
