Today was my final day taking letrozole for my first round. I am on 2.5mg Cd3-7. I go in for my first mid cycle ultrasound Wednesday (Apr 3) to see if/how I have responded.

**Quick history I have had wonky cycles since stopping the pill almost 2 years ago. Some normal then gradually getting longer until I went a few months without any AF. had an HSG which came back normal (no blockages, ovaries looked like they may slightly show PCOS, and was told I have a "beautiful uterine cavity" 😂) bloodwork was pretty unremarkable as well. I have been on provera twice to bring on cycles and respond very well to it. I have previously done two unmonitored rounds of clomid with no luck. I am 31yo and currently TTC #1. **
