What is this????

I just noticed these red bumps after showering. For a week or so I was sick cold like symptoms with coughing that brought me to clinic today. I was prescribed two different meds and have to go for lug tests and x Ray in 4 days from now.

I wish I would have noticed them while at the clinic but I didn’t. Looks like I’m going back again tomorrow. Btw I’m 35. Am I too old for them. I don’t have animals with fleas and it’s for sure not bed bugs. What else can it be?? They are only on my stomach, sides and my back
