Heartburn?

Anyone else experienced eating too much and barfing it all up later? 😷 Wow. I never want to eat again. Not sure if it was heartburn or just lack of room lol. But I learned my lesson 😔

Its almost like our bodies don’t feel that “full feeling” I haven’t gotten sick yet but I feel like it could come up any moment

Yes all the time! But I try to just keep it down.. like 15mins or so after eating it comes back up..
