Should I trust doctors

So I’ve been put on a new antibiotic that causes yeast infections. I have always had bumps in my labia and they itch sometimes when I have a uti or yeast infection. I went to four different doctors who looked at the bumps and said it was normal and that it was the texture of my labia???? They ran tests which haven’t come back yet but I’m very scared I have herpes. Should I trust them??
