Muscle Cramps
I would appreciate any advice about dealing with muscle cramps. Mine get so severe in my toes and calf muscles that I have to stop exercising and the cramps last hours. I drink tons of water. And I sweat so much it pours off me usually even just doing the treadmill. Sometimes just bending over causes cramps in my stomach that moves in a circle and lasts an hour to move all around. They are so bad I am screaming at times. Just wondering if it’s only electrolytes or too much exercise or anything else it could be? Thanks
