Won’t 💩 in the potty

Soooo with my daughter she got pee down immediately. We have little accidents here and there, but since January she’s been an absolute champ. Now poop on the other hand has turned into my biggest nightmare. She has maybe actually gone in the potty ten times in the past 3 months. She now chooses to wait until nap time or night time when she can do it alone in peace. It’s driving me insane y’all!!!! New baby coming in less than 40 days and I realllllly thought we’d have this nailed by now! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 any tips!?!?! We do positive reinforcement, stickers for prizes, talk about poop positively all the time. Mama needs help.
