Cramps after MC

I miscarried naturally at 4/5 weeks last March 12. I bled for 5 days.

3 weeks has passed and im experiencing cramping on both sides and having lower back pain. Could this be ovulation? Possibility of pregnancy symptoms since my husband and i were intimate as soon as i stopped bleeding. Symptom that i could be getting my period soon?

Has anyone experienced this after mc? What was your outcome? I just feel like my body is all over the place and its quite frustrating not knowing when my next cycle is.
