hey y'all ladies I'm trying to see if anybody can help me;

I will be soon moving to Tampa,Fl and in need to switch to tricare select, I'm a lil confuse on how to do it with being pregnant the first time but does it have to be the doctor that's in network with tricare or the institution/clinic she works with ?

i already have a hospital in mind but trying to shop on doctors affiliated with it,

i dunno if I'm asking the right question but my husband will be deploying soon and i'm half way through my pregnancy but is as stressed with all this moving and being new to stuff 😂
