Needing tips on losing weight
Hello I’m 5’2 & 23 I weigh 145 and I’m looking to lose about 20 pounds if I can atleast get down to 129 I would be fine with that! Can someone give me some tips on what I can eat & how much I can eat of it? Is it okay to have something sweet every once in awhile if it’s small? Some healthy recipes would be very helpful too.
