Someone please help

I recently posted something and got a lot of help but I feel like I need to post again.

I have a really bad smell down there and I don’t use any soaps or nothing, only water. I went to the doctor and they said I didn’t have BV or nothing but they gave me a Yeast Infection cream just in case. I used it and it didn’t help. Can someone please give me advice?
