Lumpy breasts??

So, I’m 11 weeks 1 day I’m still breastfeeding my son, have been for two years now... and a few days ago I noticed that my right breast became very lumpy and painful. The lumpiness forms a crescent moon shape in my breast. It isn’t like that in my left breast although I do feel a few lumps in it. Everywhere I feel a lump, it’s tender and feels bruised so I’m not worried about it being anything sinister. I’d also like to add that the breast that I’m talking about lost ALL dense tissue once my milk supply regulated after my son. So idk if it’s just the pregnancy making my tissue form again bc of all the hormones.

Any one else have this happen to them??
