Azoospermia + PCOS

Hi! After being on the pill for 12yrs and then 13months of TTC I went and saw a reproductive endocrinologist, thinking it was a problem on my end and just assuming he’d put me on clomid or something similar and we’d be pregnant in no time. BUT instead I have been diagnosed with PCOS. My RE wanted my husband to do a SA (which he has done twice) just to rule out problems on his side and to everyone’s surprise he has been diagnosed with azoospermia (zero!!! sperm count). I am so shocked still and don’t know what to think/feel. Our follow up appointment is in 3 weeks to discuss what we’re going to do going forward.

Just looking for advice, positive/success stories???
