Baby only sleeps on me

This is so hard! My baby used to sleep in her crib, in her bassinet/ pack n play, anywhere really. Now she wants me to hold her constantly. She's 11 weeks and I figured this would be around the time of be getting her to sleep more independently ....GUUESS NOT

I know this isn't safe sleep so I need help on how to change it. She only sleeps on me for naps too. I tried a swing but it only works for so long. I've had to pee and poop with her in my lap... I feel held hostage. Any advice?

I've tried to set her down awake but very sleepy and sometimes that works once or twice a day, but it's always around 20 mins... I'm at a loss
