Well. No. My almost 2 year old will usually sleep 6-8 hours thru, but not the 10-11 he's supposed to by AAP standards. Which means he goes to sleep at 7pm and usually wakes up around 2am, crying inconsolably for me to come give him a kiss and tuck him back in. Then he will sleep the rest of the way.
I refuse to do CIO, and I love the middle of the night kisses and a hug, because I know he won't want them forever.

Absolutely. Good, healthy sleep habits are always promoted in our home. We started the day we brought our daughter from the hospital and had her sleeping through by 5 weeks old. She's now 22 months and still sleeps through without issues.

Almost 2. Has slept thru since 3 months. Were were rocking to sleep, but got too big for that. We did CIO at just about a year old. Took 3 nights and now falls asleep on her.

My youngest is 2.5 and she sleeps through the night about 4 days out of the week. If she wakes, it’s one time.

Nope. He turned two in December. He was nursing every two hours until 15 months but then I got pregnant and lost my supply. Now he generally wakes every 3-4 hours and just needs me to snuggle him back to sleep. I don't mind. I'm up every 2 hours with my six month old anyway and my two year old sleeps in my bed, so most of the time it's not that big of a deal.

My son will be two in May and has been sleeping thru the night since about 13 months unless he’s sick.

My baby has since 5 months old, with the exception of when she is sick or teething. When she is sick I can always tell because she wakes up and asks for snuggles. That I don’t even get mad about getting up in the middle of the night, I secretly love it 😍 not her being sick of course but the sweet “snuggles please” lol.

I have a 19 month old that will sleep through the night almost every night and has been since she was 8ish months old. We will see what the future holds though haha
