It depends on the location you’re choosing it will tell you at checkout which forms of payment that location takes. In my city only one that I know of takes food stamps. It will say EBT at pickup and you swipe when you get there.

I don't know about food stamps but I do use the app. Not sure if adding food stamps is an option or not. You pay as soon as you confirm the order and pick a time. You don't pay when you pick it up.

Hmm.. idk about using food stamps bc you pay before you pick it up. You could call your local Walmart and ask I'm sure though!
