Pregnant on the Mirena?

Soooo I think I might be pregnant... Maybe I’m overthinking it but I’m having a lot of symptoms. I have the Mirena IUD currently so I know my chances are low. I took a pregnancy test this afternoon and it was negative but I’m still thinking I might be.
I have a lot of symptoms I had with my first pregnancy. These symptoms could also be PMS but I don’t get a period with the Mirena so I’m not sure.
My boobs are slightly tender, I’m extra hungry and thirsty and tired, I have acne, I’m emotional, I’m extra horny, and my orgasms feel different like they did during my first pregnancy. I had light spotting yesterday as well.
I think the major thing that’s got me thinking I am is the way my orgasms feel. I know that’s weird but the only time they have EVER felt like this before was when I first got pregnant before. Lol. They are more intense than usual almost to the point of being uncomfortable.
What do you ladies think? 😬 Honestly I would love to be pregnant again. I have major baby fever. Maybe I’m just getting my hopes up for no reason?
PS: Since I don’t have regular periods (or really any periods for the last 6+ months) I don’t know when a good time to test is. Any advice?

I got pregnant with twins on mirena. Didn’t get my period either but my test said positive when I felt symptoms. Unfortunately I had a miscarriage but I would check with your doctor and see, it’s possible it might have moved or something.

I got pregnant on a mirena in May of last year. It's possible, the rate is around 2/1000.

Test again in a few days. I know two women who have gotten pregnant with an IUD (went on to have healthy babies), every birth control isn’t 100% effective! Hope you’re pregnant 😊🤞🏻

It's possible, but unlikely. Take another test in a week or so or make a doctor appointment.
