Daycare centres in USA?
I'm seeing posts about parents in the USA not wanting to send their children to daycares because they're concerned about the educators. Do you guys have regulations over there that the centres and educators have to follow? Do your educators have qualifications? I'm in Australia and we have to follow NQS (National quality standards), NQF (national quality framework), EYLF (early years learning framework), child to educator ratios and the centres get reviewed every couple of years. Also all the educators are either qualified or trainees working towards a qualification.
I'm genuinely curious about how centres are run over there (or any other country!) 😊
